Description
|
The proposed Cross Mountain Travel Park phase 1 is to be constructed immediately and will include a service station with a convenience store market within a building size approximately 9,792 square feet of floor area and to include also a restaurant with approximately 150 seats within the building. The site is located on approximately 14 acres adjacent to the north side of Fort Rock Ranch Road near the interchange of Interstate Route 40 and Cross Mountain Road. An advantage for the existing project location is the nearest populated area exists at the town of Seligman located approximately 25 miles to the east, Petro Truck Stop is approximately 35 miles to the west, and the city of Kingman is located approximately 10 miles to the west beyond the Petro Truck Stop.
